5 WAYS TO DO IT:

  1. eat smaller, more frequent meal
  2. eat with your other hand (errr.. sape basoh berak pakai tgn kiri, sila abaikan nasihat ini, jika tidak, anda akan menyesal)
  3. weight yourself regularly
  4. lifts your spirits
  5. JGN ABESKAN MKNN SAFF (be xtra carefull with this)
